摘要 中国石油兰州石化公司第1套3万t/a甲乙酮(MEK)装置C4萃取精馏塔采用规整填料塔,存在塔顶丁烷馏分中正丁烯质量分数高、正丁烯收率低的问题。该公司第2套3万t/aMEK装置C4萃取精馏塔改进为导向桥形浮阀塔。与改进前相比,C4萃取精馏塔的处理能力增大了54.56%,塔顶丁烷馏分中的正丁烯质量分数由33.92%下降到4.93%,正丁烯收率则由78.82%提高到94.69%。 The C4 extractive distillation column in the first set of 30kt/a methyl ethyl ketone(MEK) unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company was structured packed.There were defects of higher mass fraction of n-butylene in the butane fraction on top of the column and the lower yield of n-butylene in it.The C4 extractive distillation column in the second set of 30kt/a MEK unit of the Company was improved into guide bridge float valve column.Compared with the unimproved,the column capacity increased by 54.56%,the mass fraction of n-butylene in butane fraction on the column top reduced from 33.92% to 4.93%,and the yield of n-butylene increased from 78.82% to 94.69%.
