摘要
针对炼油厂循环水装置排放的反冲洗水浊度、悬浮物和油含量较高的情况,开发出聚硅酸盐混凝剂LY-05和压力溶气气浮中试装置LYZ-10。该技术的应用结果表明,反冲洗水的浊度由60-150 NTU降低到小于4 NTU,去除率大于90%;油含量由12-30 mg/L降低到小于4 mg/L,去除率大于67%;悬浮物含量由80-210 mg/L降低到小于4 mg/L,去除率大于95%。处理后的反冲洗水与循环水的相容性良好,回用于循环水系统后,水体的腐蚀速率、黏泥量、异养菌数量、水处理药剂的投加量等多项参数值均没有明显变化,循环水系统运行稳定。
The polysilicate coagulant LY-05 and pressure dissolve air-blow pilot set LYZ-10 were developed according to the higher turbidity,suspended solid and oil content in back washing waste water from circulating water unit.The results of pilot test showed that the turbidity of waste water could be reduced from 60-150 NTU to less than 4 NTU(the removal rate more than 90%),the oil concent from 12-30mg/L to less than 4mg/L(the removal rate more than 67%),and the suspended solid from 80-210mg/L to less than 4mg/L(the removal rate more than 95%).The compatibility of the treated back washing waste water with the circulating water were good.When it was reused to circulating water system,the water corrosion rate,the amount of sludge and heterotrophic bacteria,the loading level of water treatment agent had no obvious changes,and the circulating water system run steady.
