摘要
建立了一种测定氢气中微量氯化氢(HCl)含量的分析方法。以弱碱性溶液(稀碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠混合液)作吸收液,并控制其中的OH-总数为0.33μmol,在0.5-0.8 L/min的采样速度,适宜的采样体积和采样时间下吸收富集氢气中微量的HCl,用阴离子色谱分离法测定吸收液中的Cl-含量。结果表明,该方法可用于检测HCl含量小于0.1μL/L的氢气,其标准曲线的线性相关系数为0.999 6。
A analysis method for determining the content of micro HCl in reforming hydrogen was established.With weak alkaline solution(carbonate mixed solution of dilute soda and sodium hydrogen)as Absorbing liquid,controling the amount of OH-at 0.33μmol and under the conditions of the sampling rate 0.5-0.8L/min,appropriate sampling volume and sampling time,the micro HCl in reforming hydrogen were enriched and Absorbed,and the Cl-content in Absorbing liquid was determined with anionic chromatography.The results showed that the method could be used to determine the content of micro HCl below 0.1μL/L in hydrogen,and the correlation coefficient of standard curve was 0.999 6.
