摘要
由于长期的河道淤积及在主干河上建桥的不科学,导致乐清市区排洪能力越来越差,特别是近几年发生的台风、暴雨灾害,使乐成平原的损失巨大,为此,乐清市人民政府高度重视,启动建设乐清市乐虹平原防洪一期(乐成片)工程.通过深入地调查研究,乐成平原水利工程现状、近几年台风暴雨损失情况、新建工程的规模和投资,以及对工程效益的深入分析,并由此结合"流域防洪效益宏观计算模型"对本工程的防洪减灾效益进行了计算和评价.
The long-term river channel sedimentation and unscientific bridge-building across the main river results in bad drainage in Yueqing city.Yueqing people's government attaches great importance to the construction of Yuehong flood control works to prevent the disaster cuased by typhoon and rainstorm.The essay focuses on the calculation and evaluation of mitigation benefits by the macro calculation model of flood control based on the thorough investigation and study on the loss by typhoon and rainstorm in recent years,the scale and investment of the new project,and the comprehensive analysis on engineering benefits as well.
