摘要 基于PLC及变频器控制的恒压供水系统的特点,根据一台变频器控制两台水泵的具体要求,设计了主电路和控制电路,分配了PLC的输入输出,阐述了软件的设计方法,并介绍了恒压控制系统的调试方法.经实际运行证明,设计的变频恒压供水系统控制简单、可靠性高、保护功能完善、节电效果显著. The main circuit and control circuit is designed and introduced in order to meet the specific requirements of controlling two pumps by one frequency converter,according to the characteristics of constant pressure water-supply system based on PLC and frequency converter.The distribution of inputs and outputs and the software design method are also presented focusing on the debugging method of the constant pressure control system.It is proved by the actual operation that the water supply system is simply controlled with high reliability,perfect protection function and significant energy-saving effect.
