The development situation of construction supply chain and flexible supply chain is introduced in this paper introduces the state-of-the-art.The applicability of flexible construction supply chain is also analyzed based on analysis of problems in construction supply chain combined with its features.Therefore a flexible construction supply chain model by borrowing the idea of flexible supply chain system from manufacturing industry is established.
