摘要
分析煤气化装置称重给煤机频繁故障原因,提出改进方案,将现场控制改为中控DCS控制,消除现场环境对给煤控制系统的影响。改造实施后效果明显,节约大量维护费用。
The causes for frequent failures of weighing coal feeder in gasification plant are analyzed and the scheme for improvement suggested,i.e.the field control is changed to DCS in central control room and the effect by site environment on the coal feeding control eliminated.The effect after such transformation is obvious and a great deal of maintenance cost saved.
