摘要
介绍了南阳白河橡胶坝水利工程的概况和南阳城市水系规划情况,论述了该工程为改善南阳市中心城区环境,提高居民生活质量,有效利用水资源、加快南阳城市建设步伐中的作用。
Based on introduction of the general of Baihe Rubber Dam Hydro Project and the water system plan of Nanyang City in Henan Province,the author discussed the role of the Project in improving the environment of downtown area of Nanyang,upgrading living quality of inhabitants,effective utilization of water resource and accelerating urban construction.
