达开水库除险加固施工期运行水位的控制

Operating water level control during construction period of Dakai Reservoir reinforcement project

达开水库的灌溉任务繁重,因此在除险加固施工期,水库运行首先必须要满足施工期灌区的灌溉要求,在此基础上,满足工程施工经济要求。通过分析达开灌区农业用水要求和规律,施工工期及其它施工要求,提出施工期运行水位控制标准及措施。

Dakai Reservoir shoulders heavy irrigation task,so reservoir operation must satisfy the irrigation water demand of irrigated area even during the construction period of its reinforcement project,while taking into account the construction cost.Based on analysis of the agricultural water consumption and regularity of Dakai irrigated area,the construction period and other construction requirements,the author put forward the operating water level control standard and measures during construction period of Dakai Reservoir reinforcement project.
