摘要
微机五防装置是变电站的重要二次设备,以其技术先进、功能齐全、运行可靠、维护方便等优点,成为电力系统防误主流装置。在应用微机五防装置操作过程中,存在使用解锁钥匙进行操作的情况,论述了加强五防装置的管理,降低操作解锁率保证倒闸操作安全、防止误操作的技术措施和管理措施。
As the key secondary equipment of substation,microcomputer five-protection system has become the essential equipment of electric power system to prevent mis-operation due to its advanced technology,complete functions,permitting reliable operation and convenient maintenance.Unlocking key is required sometimes during operation of the microcomputer five-protection system.The author discussed the technical and administration measures to strengthen five-protection supervision,decrease unlocking rate,ensure safety of breaker operation,and prevent mistake operation.
