自升式平台液压升降系统的状态模糊综合评判研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用故障诊断技术和模糊综合评判方法,分析自升式平台液压系统的功能特点,建立自升式平台液压系统状态评估模型。文中首先对基本设备的故障模式展开研究,然后对这些故障模式进行影响度分析,并在此过程中综合考虑了基本设备单元的重要度和故障模式的维修难度。之后,建立常见故障检查程序,确定液压系统存在的故障模式。最后,利用模糊综合评判建立自升式平台液压系统状态评估模型。该模型评估过程简单、清晰,评估理论充分、可靠,评估结论准确、有效。 Based on the research of fault diagnosis and fuzzy synthetic evaluation method, the characteristic of hydraulic elevator system of jack-up was analyzed and the state evaluation model for hydraulic elevator system of jack-up was set up. Firstly, the failure modes of the basic equipment units were studied and then the impact of these failure modes was determined, taking consideration of both importance of the basic equipment units and the maintenance difficulty of the failure modes. Then, the checking procedures of common faults were built to determine the failure modes existed. Finally, using the fuzzy synthetic evaluation theory, the state evaluation model for hydraulic elevator system of jack-up was developed. It has been found that this evaluation model has a simple evaluating procession, adequate theory and valid conclusion.
