摘要
从海边污泥中分离得到一株高效絮凝剂产生菌HY-20,经鉴定为假单孢菌。通过碳、氮源及初始pH等培养条件试验研究,获得了该菌株生产絮凝剂的最佳培养条件:最适碳源为葡萄糖,最适氮源为脲+酵母膏;初始pH值为7~8,温度为30℃,摇床转速130 rad/min,培养时间为72 h,絮凝率可达95%;絮凝剂有效絮凝成分主要存在于分泌物中。
A high flocculating active strain HY-20 was isolated from coastal sludge, which was identified as Pseudomonas sp. Differ- ent carbon sources, nitrogen sources, initial pH of culture and other incubation conditions were studied to explore the optimum fer- mentation conditions. The optimum conditions for collecting flocculants were: glucose as carbon source, urea plus yeast extract as nitrogen source, initial pH value 7-8, incubation temperature 30℃, shaking speed 130 rad/min, incubation time 72 h, respectively. The flocculation rate could reach up to 95%. The flocculating components were mainly in secretions.
