摘要
测定26名女子武术套路运动员赛前不同强度训练期的部分生化指标,结果表明:血红蛋白值(Hb)、红细胞压积(HCT)、血乳酸(BLA)浓度、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酸肌酶(CK)的变化规律是不同的,可以反映运动员的身体机能状况和对训练强度的适应情况;血清睾酮(T)、血清皮质醇(C)、血清睾酮/皮质醇比值(T/C)的综合使用,也可作为女子武术套路运动员大强度训练期机能评定的有效指标,并要防止单一指标的片面性。
Through measuring some biochemical index change charcteristics of eight female Wushu Taolu players during different intensity training before the competition, the author found that the anaerobic metabolism of the players was important with proper adjustment of training intensity and plan. Different Hb, HCT, Bla, BUN, and CK could reflect how the players' physical constitution was and how the players could be ajusted to the training intensity. A comprehensive adoption of T, C and T/C could be effective in assessing the body function under high intensity training.
