The first championship of Pingpong that Rong Guo-tuan won in 1959 demonstrated the spirit of winning for the country and has inspired generations of the Chinese players. For the past fifty years, the Chinese Pingpong players have won more than 100 medals at the most important world matches. The innovation of.the Chinese Pingpong should focus on a more technique-friendly environment so that the world class level players can be trained and the Pingpong training program can be well developed in Europe.
