摘要
体育与美育的目标追求各自独立,但在功能方面又具有相容性。特别是健美操课程的普及为体育与美育的功能融合提供了有效载体与最佳途径。分析其融合的特点,探讨其融合的规律,对进一步完善健美操课程目标,提高其教学质量具有重要现实意义。
The goals of physical education and aesthetic education have differences and similarities. The popularity of calisthenics courses has integrated both physical education and aesthetic education. In this paper, the characteristics and laws of the integration are expounded with the purpose of impro ving the teaching quality and perfecting the teaching objectives.
