Times Environment of Rural Development in China

正确认识时代环境和发展趋势、把握发展机遇对于我国农村发展十分重要。文章从历史发展的角度认识和理解我国农村发展问题,探讨我国农村今天和未来的发展。总结了我国农村发展的时代环境表现为工业化、城市化、市场化、全球化四个宏观特征,并指出我国农村的问题和发展正受到这一时代环境的强烈影响。

It is very important for rural development in China to understand times environment and development trend correctly and seize development opportunity. The paper discussed the current and future developing trend of the rural areas of China from the perspective of historical development, and summed up the era environment which showed as four macro features such as industrialization, urbanization, marketization and globalization. At last, it pointed that rural issues and development were being strongly influenced by this era environment in China.
