摘要
文章结合十七届三中全会《中共中央关于推进农村改革发展若干重大问题的决定》,探讨深化改革我国农村基本经营制度的主要内容。作者认为,必须坚持稳定和完善农村基本经营制度,赋予农民更加充分而有保障的土地权利,发展农村土地承包经营权流转,推进农业产业组织创新。
This paper discussed on deepening reforms of the basic economic system in rural areas of China according to the 3rd Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee＇s several important problems＇ decision about advancing rural reforms and development made by the Central Committee of the CPC. The paper pointed that it was necessary to persist in stable and improved basic agricultural management system in rural areas of China, guaranteed full and adequate land property rights of Chinese farmers, developed the transmission of farmers＇ contracting and operating land rights, and promoted the organizational innovation in agricultural industry.
