摘要
有色金属板带材加工工艺中,热轧是加工工艺关键之一,对板材的性能有着重要的影响。作为有色金属板带材热轧机组轧制关键设备中的AGC油缸及轧辊的弯辊缸、平衡缸,其密封性能的好坏直接影响轧出的板材的板型和厚度精度。本文针对目前铜铝板带材热轧机设备的这三种关键油缸,探讨了如何设计和选用油缸的密封结构、密封形式以及密封件的材料。
Aimed at three key hydraulic cylinders for copper and aluminum strip hot rolling mill,this paper proposes how to design and select the sealing structure、sealing type of the hydraulic cylinder and sealing materials.
