外资保险进入后我国保险业的效率研究

On the Efficiency of China's Insurance Industry after Foreign Insurance Entering

运用超效率DEA法度量了2001-2007年我国保险业的效率,以此效率值为基础分析入世后,我国保险业效率变动的规律性,对产险业和寿险业、中外资产险公司和中外资寿险公司的效率变迁进行对比分析及统计检验。结论表明样本期间我国寿险业和产险业的效率变动方向相反,中外资寿险业的效率不存在显著性差异,而中外资财险业的效率存在差异。在分析原因的基础上提出了进一步开放的相关建议。

This article first measures the efficiency of China＇s insurance industry from 2001 to 2007 by super--efficiency DEA. Then it analyzes the efficiency law of China insurance industry after WTO, including the efficiency change and statistical tests of the property insurance industry, life insurance industry, Chinese and foreign insurance companies and foreign life insurance companies. Conclusions show that the direction of efficiency changes of life and property insurance industries is opposite, and there is no significant difference in the efficiency between property and life insurance industries, while the property insurance industry is just the opposite. At last, it proposes some suggestions of further opening.
