湘西钨锑金矿床主要分布于雪峰隆起之前寒武系浅变质岩系中。不同元素（矿物）组合的金矿床具有一系列特征性的成矿地质标志。

W Sb Au deposits of western Hunan are distributed in the light metamorphic rock series of Pre Cambrian System in the Xuefeng elevations. Gold deposits comprised different elements (minerals) assemblage have a series of characteristic mineralized geologic indicators.
