清代直隶农村地价变动因素探析——以束鹿县张氏家族地契为例

The Price Fluctuation of the Land Dealing of Zhili Countryside in the Qing Dynasty——An Example of Zhang Family's Deeds in Shulu County

历史上保存下来的土地契约是我们今天研究古代土地买卖及土地价格的最直接史料。束鹿县(今河北省辛集市)张氏家族保存的清代地契,清楚地勾勒出了一个家族在清代土地买卖的实际状况,而土地价格的波动受着社会动荡、土地肥瘠、土地区位与用途、年景好坏等诸多因素的影响。

The preserved land deeds are the most direct historical materials for studying land dealing and the land price in the ancient times.The deeds for land of the Qing Dynasty preserved by the Zhang family of Shulu County（Xinji city,Hebei Province today） show the clear condition of land dealing of a family in the Qing Dynasty.The price fluctuation of the land was influenced by many factors： the social turbulence,the land＇s fat or thin conditions,the civil connected land＇s location and use,good or bad of the year＇s harvest and many other factors.
