摘要
细菌毒素分为外毒素和内毒素。外毒素经甲醛溶液处理可成为类毒素,将类毒素免疫大型动物,从其血清中可分离出能中和细菌毒素的抗毒素。
Bacterial toxin is divided into exotoxin and endotoxin.Exotoxin may turn into toxoid when treated with formaldehyde solution.Antitoxin can be separated from macrofauna＇s serum once be immunized from toxoid which could neutralize bacterial toxin.
