精准土地调查技术系统数据通讯设计及实现

摘要 构建定量求精、定性求准的精准土地调查技术系统是实现精准土地管理的技术保障。精准土地调查技术系统由导航定位系统、实地调查系统、网络中继服务系统、室内监控及数据处理系统组成,能够现场完成数据采集、存储、传输。为提高网络通讯的效率及易移植性,着重研究了基于XML的工程文件实现异构多元数据集成,基于ACE的移动GIS网络传输框架实现了高效网络传输,网络中继传输模式实现了移动GIS与监控中心的双向通讯。该系统的示范应用表明系统能实现精准的数据采集及实时传输,满足土地调查的准确性、现势性的要求。 The construction of quantitative refinement and qualitative precision land survey technology systems are to achieve accurate technical support for land management.The precision land survey system consists of navigation system,field survey system,network relay service system,indoor surveillance and data processing system,which can complete data collection,storage and transmission in the scene.In order to improve the efficiency of network communication and easy-portability,we have designed and implemented the heterogeneous multi-data integration based on XML project file,the efficient network transmission based on network transmission ACE framework,and the two-way communication between mobile GIS and the monitoring center based on the network relay transmission mode.The applications show that the system can achieve rapid data acquisition and ensure the accuracy of land survey data.
