摘要 本文通过对氧等离子体改性的聚丙稀中空纤维的溶血实验证明:(1)改性使得聚丙稀中空纤维膜材料的溶血率有所降低;改性效果愈好,溶血率下降的幅度愈大;(2)改性材料的溶血率和表面参数如表面张力(γs),极性力分量和偶和力分量之比(γ_S^p/γ_S^d),呈良好的线性关系。 For preliminary testing blood material interaction in vitrol, hemolytic test was adopted in studying the effect of O_2 plasma treatment on hemocompatibility of propylene hollow fiber filter, and investigating the correlation between the rate of hemolysis and surface parameters of the modified fiber. It has been found that (1) as the polar groups on the modified fiber surfaces increased, the rates of hemolysis decreased. That was due to the hydrophilic property of PP fibres enhanced after modification and the decrease of damage of erythrocytes in blood resulted in descending of hemolytic rate. (2) there were good correlations between the rate of hemolysis and surface properties, such as the surface tension (γs) , the ratio of polar and dispersion components of surface tension (γS^p/γS^d) of the modified fiber. A decrease of the hemolytic rate was found with increasing γs and γS^p/γS^d.
