建筑性能化防火设计技术应用探讨

Application of fire performance-based design technology

针对当前大量建设的高层、地下、大空间、钢结构、特殊工艺等"超规范"特殊建筑性能化防火设计方面存在的问题,从制定国家规范、建立完善工作机制、实施科学评估等三个方面,提出规范建筑性能化防火设计工作的对策,探索解决大型现代化建筑与防火安全之间矛盾的有效途径。

Considering problems in building fire performance-based design of tall building,underground,large space,steel,special technology and other ＂super-norms＂,and from the aspects of national standards formulation,working mechanism establishment,and scientific assessment,countermeasures of regulating building fire performance-based design are suggested,to explore solutions to the conflict between large-scale modern building and fire safety.
