对决策的代价进行分析是公共决策的一个重要环节。要全面分析公共决策的代价,就不仅要分析决策时所发生的有关消耗,而且要分析为了优先实现决策的目标我们需要牺牲和放弃哪些有益的价值目标,同时还要分析决策目标本身有可能带来的消极后果和不良影响。公共决策的代价虽然是难以完全避免的但却是可以调控的,人们可以通过提高决策者个体的素质和水平、改革和完善决策机制、坚持正确的决策原则和方法等来控制和减少决策的代价。

Analysis of the price of decision is one the important part of public decision-making.In order to analyze the price of public decision-making completely,consumption of decision-making should be analyzed.Moreover,the analysis of useful value target that we sacrifice and give up in order to achieve the prior goal of decision as well as negative consequences and harmful influences that brought by goal of decision-making itself should be analyzed.The price of public decision-making is difficult to be avoided but can be regulated and controlled.People can control and reduce the price of decision-making through enhancing decision-makers＇ quality and level,reforming and perfecting mechanism of decision-making,and insisting on right principle and method of decision-making,etc.
