摘要
义务教育学校实施绩效工资一年多来,取得了一定的成效,调动了教师的积极性,但存在一定的缺陷。在相关文献的基础上,对绩效工资的出台背景、激励作用及缺点进行了分析,并提出了相应的完善策略。
Merit pay system of compulsory education has been put in use for more than one year.It achieved some success,mobilized the teachers' enthusiasm.However,there are some defects.This paper,based on some relative literature,has an analysis of the background,inspiration,and weaknesses of merit pay.Finally,it proposes the appropriate strategies.
