摘要
通过对90K^350K温度下石墨薄膜热导率的数据进行拟合分析,从理论上预测了石墨薄膜热导率随温度的变化趋势.结果表明,当薄膜厚度可与声子平均自由程比拟时,石墨薄膜热导率的尺寸效应比较明显.该尺寸效应归因于薄膜的边界对载热声子散射作用的增强.
The thermal conductivity of graphite film in the range of temperature 90K^350K is analyzed.The relationship between the thermal conductivity of the graphite film and the temperature was obtained.The result shows that the size effect of the thickness on the thermal conductivity of graphite film is quite obvious,when the film thickness can be compared with the phonon mean free path.The size effect is due to the enhancement of phonon boundary scattering.
