摘要 报道了EA1110型元素分析仪CHN模式下反应管填充方法的改进措施,燃烧管中按顺序填装银丝、Cr2O3、Co3O4+Ag;还原管只填装线状铜.同时针对不同样品采用不同的制样措施,保证了分析结果的准确性,燃烧管的平均使用次数延长了24%,还原管的平均使用次数延长了59%,提高了仪器使用效率. An improved method on filling reaction tubes in EA1110 element analyzer at CHN model is stated.In combustion tube,silver-wire,Cr2O3 and Co3O4+Ag are filled in order,and linear Cu is the unique reagent in reduction tube.Relevant actions for sample preparation are taken according to characteristics of samples.In this way,the accurate testing-results are ensured,and the average usage times of the combustion tube and reduction tube have been increased by 24% and 59%,respectively.Correspondingly,the efficiency of element analyzer is enhanced.
