卡尔.雅斯贝尔斯是存在主义教育思想的代表人物。在《大学之理念》中主张理想教育的培养目标是培养整全的人,怎样培养整全的人成为雅斯贝尔斯教育理念的中心。自由的氛围、知识的整体性和统一性、学生求知欲的培养、教授要以教学为中心、科研辅助教学是大学培养整全人所应具备的条件。

Karl Jaspers is existential education representative.In the ＂Idea of the University＂,he advocated the ideal of education training goal was to develop holistic person.To train people to become the whole man was the centre of Jaspers＇ educational idea.The qualification of the university training the whole man contains free atmosphere,knowledge,integrity and unity,their thirst for knowledge of culture,teaching-centered professors,and research assistant teaching.
