摘要
抛光砖生产过程的关键环节为刨平、磨光及切边倒角.处理好这几个环节有利于减少废品率,提高产品的质量.从刨平、粗磨、精磨及切边倒角4个方面分析了抛光砖生产过程中容易产生的质量缺陷、原因及解决方法.
The major technology of production of polished ceramic tiles includes surface planing,grinding,edge trimming and chamfer.This paper analyzes causes,and proposes solution to reduce defects during production from the four aspects.
