我国节能服务产业发展状况及驱动模式

Development status and drive mode of energy conservation service industry in China

节能是我国未来中长期改善环境质量、实现社会经济长期可持续发展的重大战略问题,我国政府已出台各种政策支持节能服务产业的发展。介绍了多种节能管理模式,如合同能源管理(energy management contract,EMC)、电力需求侧管理等。主要从合同能源管理模式的现状和节能服务产业发展的制约因素2方面简述我国节能服务产业的发展状况,据此研究该产业发展的有效驱动力,设计驱动该产业健康快速发展的驱动模式,为有效推进我国节能服务产业的大力发展,实现节能减排目标提供理论参考。

In the future,energy conservation is a major strategic issue in China for the improvement of environmental quality and the sustainable development of socio-economy.The government of China has implemented many kinds of policies to support the development of energy conservation service industry,and also proposed a variety of energy management modes,for example,energy management contract and demand side management.This paper mainly summarized the development status of energy conservation service industry from the following two aspects：the status of energy management contract and the restrict factors of energy conservation service industry.So as to study the drive force and drive mode to effectively promote the development of energy conservation service industry and provide a theoretical reference for energy conservation.
