The logical premise of exerting scientific atheism in constructing socialism core value system and strengthening the publicizing of scientific atheism is to establish a scientific guiding ideology and persist in the essential idea.That is,it is compulsory to be guided by 'people-oriented' idea.Then it is necessary to take the following ideas into consideration: persisting in the unification of monadic domination and respecting divergence or diversity,persisting in the unification of actively guiding and respecting people's subjective initiative,persisting in the unification of universal education and elite education,persisting in the unification of material benefits and spiritual needs,and persisting in the unification of nationality and openness concerning theoretical construction.
