As a general rule,cosmopolitan cities and world cities have huge population,and almost all the main cosmopolitan cities are open migration cities.In the process of intensified globalization and the acceptance of world city system,Shanghai assembles human resources and strengthens its competitive power by means of international immigration and national migration.However,it is necessary for Shanghai to adjust its migration structure and migration policy.In addition,it is important to understand migration issues from the perspective of strategy.
