On Innovating Applied Personnel Training Models to Meet the Needs of Economic Development

摘要 文章介绍了广东工业大学华立学院"3+0.5+0.5"人才培养模式改革的内涵,实施改革的主要措施,并从适应经济社会发展需求角度,概括了该项改革与传统人才培养模式相比较所凸显的优势。 This paper introduces the connotation of "3+0.5+0.5" personnel training mode by Huali College of Guangdong University of Technology and the main measures for the implementation of reforms.It summarizes prominent advantages over traditional personnel training models from the perspective of adapting to the needs of social and economic developments.
