A brief Analysis of the Rising of Democratic Party of Japan and Its Implication for China

2009年8月,日本众议院大选,民主党击败自民党而成为执政党。民主党能够取得执政权,坚实的社会基础以及正确的经济政策是它胜利的保障;自民党的崩溃间接地导致民主党得势。这对日本政治必将产生持久而深远的影响,而对于我国来讲,民主党的崛起更突显了建设学习型政党的重要性。

In the Japanese House of Representatives election in August 2009,the Democratic Party defeated the Liberal Democratic Party and became the ruling party.The Democratic Party was able to get the political power partially because of its substantial social foundation,as well as its accurate economic policy,and partially because of the collapse of the Liberal Democratic Party.This will surely have a lasting and far-reaching impact on the Japanese politics.And for China,the rising of the Democratic Party has highlighted the importance of constructing a learning political party.
