儒道两家理想人格互补及对大学生人格培养的借鉴 被引量:3

On the Complementary of Confucius and Taoist Ideal Personalities and Its Reference Function to Personality Cultivation of College Students

摘要 儒道两家的理想人格设计各具特色。儒家以"君子"为其理想人格意象,以"仁"为其核心的道德价值和人格理想,以尚义崇仁,经邦治国,刚健有为,克己复礼为其人格特征;道家则以"真人"为其理想人格意象,以"道"为其核心价值和人格理想,以见素抱朴,超然物外,自然无为,逍遥游心为其人格特征。当代大学生的人格培养可以合理借鉴儒道两家的理想人格设定,既积极进取又能安时处顺,完善大学生的人格修养。 The ideal personality of Confucianism is different from that of Taoism."Gentleman" is the model image of Confucianism's ideal personality."Benevolence" is the core of their morality.Confucians attach importance to benevolence and justice,hold an active or externalized attitude to life,emphasize firm struggling and constantly striving to become stronger,and advocate ethic and morality responsibility.However,"real man" is the model image of Taoism's ideal personality."Tao"(the course/order of nature) is the basic value of their personality ideals.Taoism emphasize having few desires and adhering to delicacy,remain aloof from what happens in social political reality,do nothing that goes against nature,purify the spirit by means of being internalized or being non-secular.Their ideal personality could be realized through Xinzhai(which means the extreme quietness,emptiness and concentration of mind) and Zuowang(which means sitting and forgetting all about yourself and the world around you).We should integrate these two attitudes of Confucianism and Taoism in the personality cultivation of college students.To the college students,active action is as important as the spiritual quietness,cleanness and freedom.They should have a sense of harmony and balance in their mentality and behavior.
