摘要
[目的]研究EGFR和CXCR4在乳腺癌组织内的表达,探讨它们与乳腺癌组织学分级、局部淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小和病理类型的关系及其在乳腺癌发生过程中的作用.[方法]应用免疫组化(SP)法检测了76例乳腺癌标本EGFR和CXCR4的表达情况,分析了EGFR和CXCR4与乳腺癌组织学分级、局部淋巴结转移、肿块大小及病理类型的关系.所有患者术前均未进行过化疗、放疗和内分泌治疗.[结果]①EGFR在乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率为59.2%,EGFR表达与组织学分级,局部淋巴结转移和病理类型有显著相关性(P〈0.05),与肿瘤大小无显著相关性(P〉0.05);②CXCR4在乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率为56.6%, CXCR4表达与组织学分级,局部淋巴结转移和病理类型有显著相关性(P〈0.05),与肿瘤大小无显著相关性(P〉0.05);③EGFR、CXCR4在不同级别乳腺癌间的表达有显著性差异(P〈0.05),两者随着乳腺癌组织学分级增高而表达增强(r=0.381,P〈0.01).[结论]EGFR和CXCR4在乳腺癌内均有表达,且随着组织学分级的增高而增加,提示EGFR和CXCR4在乳腺癌的发生过程中可能起重要的作用.
[Objective]To examine the expression of Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)and CXC chemokine receptor-4 (CXCR4) in breast cancer of human, and investigate the relationship between EGFR , CXCR4 and histological grading, regional lymph node metastasis , tumor size and pathologic types as well as tumorigenesis of breast cancer. [Methods]EGFR,CXCR4 were measured by immunohistochemistry (SP) on paraffin specimens in 76 cases of breast cancer,We analysis the relation of EGFR and CXCR4 and breast cancer between histological grading, tumor size, regional lymph node metastasis and pathologic types. All the patients were not treated before the operation(including chemotherapy, radiotherapy and endocrine treatment). [Results] ① EGFR in breast cancer positive rate was 59.2 %, EGFR expression and breast cancer histological grading and the metastasis of regional lymph node and pathologic types was correlated( P 〈0.05), and the tumor size had no significant correlation( P 〉0.05). ②CXCR4 in breast cancer positive rate was 56.6 %, CXCR4 expression and breast cancer histological grading and the metastasis of regional lymph node and pathologic types was correlated( P 〈0.05), and the tumor size had no significant correlation ( P 〉0.05). ③There was statistically significant difference in different grades of breast cancer ( P 〈0.05). The ex pression level of EGFR and CXCR4 strengthened with the rise of histological grading (r= 0. 381, P 〈0.01). [Conclusion]EGFR and CXCR4 were expressed in breast cancer. The level of EGFR and CXCR4 in breast cancer was upregulated than that of the normal controls. The results indicate EGFR and CXCR4 may play an important role in the tumorigenesis of breast cancer.
