音乐对老年期抑郁症辅助治疗作用的观察

Observation on the Intervention Effect of Musicial Therapy on Aged Depressive Disorders

[目的]探讨音乐对老年期抑郁症的辅助治疗作用.[方法]将老年抑郁症患者268人随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均接受常规药物治疗和护理,疗程6周;治疗组在此基础上给予音乐辅助治疗,每日1次,每次60 min,疗程4周.选用抑郁自评量表（SDS）和汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定效果.[结果]音乐治疗后第4周末两组患者SDS、HAMD两量表评分明显低于治疗前（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）,但治疗组下降幅度较对照组更显著（P〈0.05）,且女性获得的疗效要优于男性（P〈0.05）.[结论]老年抑郁症采用药物配合音乐治疗效果明显优于单纯的药物治疗.

[Objective] To explore the intervention effect of musical therapy on aged depressive disorders. [Methods] A total of 268 aged depressive disorders patients were randomly divided into the therapy group and the control group. Both groups received the routine drug therapy and nursing care and the course of therapy was 6 weeks. The therapy group received musical therapy based on drug therapy for 60 minutes once daily and the course of therapy was 4 weeks. The efficacy was assessed by self-rating depressive scale（SDS） and Hamilton rating scale for depression （HAMD）. [Results] On the end of fourth week after musical therapy, the scores of SDS and HAMD of two groups were lower than those before therapy（ P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05）, but the decrease extent of therapy group was more significant than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The efficacy of female patients was better than that of male patients（ P 〈0. 05）. [Conclusion] Drug therapy combined with musical therapy for the treatment of aged depressive disorders has better effect than only drug therapy.
