摘要
加强员工培训是企业获得高素质人才、提高自身品牌价值的重要途径之一。文章主要通过探讨对员工知识技能、创新意识、忠诚职守、团队精神等几个方面的培训,阐述企业员工培训与核心竞争力打造的关系。
Enhancing staff training is an important way for enterprise to obtain high-quality talent, and improve its brand value. In this paper, through analysis to train staffs in the knowledge and skills, innovation, loyalty to duty, teamwork, and other aspects, it expounds the relationship of staff training and building of the core competencies.
