教师专业化是当今世界教育发展的基本趋势。高职院校教师专业化建设成为高等职业教育改革与发展成败的关键。文章首先阐述了教师专业化的基本内涵,然后分析了职业教育的发展对教师专业化建设的呼唤,最后提出我国高等职业教育教师专业化建设的对策。

Professionalization of teacher is the basic trend of educational development in today＇s world. Vocational teacher professional construction becomes the key to success as the reform and development of higher vocational education.This paper first describes the basic meaning of professionalization of teacher, and then analyzes the development of higher vocational education＇s calling for the construction in professionalization of teachers, and finally puts forward the countermeasures of our country higher vocational education＇s construction in professionalization of teachers.
