摘要
介绍了引进型超临界600MW汽轮发电机组中压缸启动的主要步骤及暖缸、切缸等关键技术,总结了中压缸启动的优点,指出中压缸启动虽然系统略显复杂,启动操作难度稍大,但却不失为一种安全、经济、快速、灵活的启动方式。建议采用闷缸自暖、辅汽预暖或邻炉再热蒸汽预暖与主蒸汽预暖相结合的暖缸措施,以进一步加快启动速度,减少启动消耗。
This article presents the main steps of the starting of the 600MW supercritical turbines through IP cylinder,and introduces key technologies,such as warming cylinder,switching cylinder.It summarizes the advantages of start-up by IP cylinder and points out that the system start-up by IP cylinder is a bit complex and start operation is slightly difficult.However,it is still a safe,economical,fast and flexible starting model.The aim of this paper is also to recommend to adopt some warming cylinder measures,such as the combination of the main steam prewarming with self-warming through tightly covering cylinder,auxiliary steam prewarming,and adjacent furnace's reheating steam prewarming to further accelerate the starting speed and reduce start-consumption.
