完善县级电大校本培训的研究——基于“双师型”教师的视角

校本培训是提高教师综合素质的一条有效途径,本文在阐述县级电大校本培训相关理论的基础上,以奉化电大为例,对"双师型"教师校本培训进行了反思,并提出了进一步完善县级电大"双师型"教师校本培训的对策。
