当前网络上一度火热的"裸官"现象,反映出新时期腐败形式发生了变异,同时曝露出当前我国治理腐败的相关制度与现实问题的衔接上出现了漏洞。本文正是从"裸官"现象的近况描述入手,来分析这一社会腐败畸形现象产生的现实原因,相应从完善国家形态的民主监督机制和培育社会形态的民主监督机制两个层面提出一些预防治理的见解。

The phenomenon of＂Naked Officers＂,which is very heated online,shows that corruptions have changed their forms in the new era and meanwhile has exposed the loopholes in the connection between the systems and reality.This paper,starting from the present situation of＂Naked officers＂phenomenon,analyses the realistic reasons of this social distorted phonomenon,and raises some suggestions to prevent and tackle it from the two layers of perfecting the state democratic supervision system and establishing social democratic supervision system.
