呼吸衰竭并下呼吸道感染病原菌分布及耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨呼吸衰竭并下呼吸道感染患者致病菌分布及药敏情况。方法:对呼吸衰竭合并下呼吸道感染120例住院患者痰标本中分离出的细菌及其耐药性进行分析。结果:在检出的90例菌株中,革兰阴性杆菌83.5%,革兰阳性球菌16.5%。其中,革兰阴性杆菌对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦耐药率比较低,为8.0%~33.3%,而对其他抗菌药物耐药率为12.0%~100.0%;肺炎链球菌对四环素耐药率为75.0%,而对万古霉素耐药率为0.0%。结论:革兰阴性杆菌是呼吸衰竭合并下呼吸道感染主要致病菌,且多重耐药现象十分严重。必须根据药敏试验和病原菌流行动态、耐药趋势,合理选择抗菌药物。
