摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,对影响新改制本科院校女教师工作的因素进行了调查。结果显示:在物理环境、学术环境、管理环境中,最影响女教师工作的因素分别为:"教学条件不完备"、"图书、网络资源匮乏"和"教师评价标准不客观"。对女教师走出困境的对策进行了探讨:一方面,高校应在教学、科研方面给予女教师更多的人文关怀;另一方面,女教师应不断提升自身素质,在工作中发挥应有的作用。
Based on the combination of a literature survey and a questionnaire from 40 female college teachers,this research shows that among the physical environment,academic environment and administrative environment,the elements that affect female teachers most are "the inadequacy of teaching equipment","the insufficiency of books / online resources" and "the lack of fairness in evaluation"respectively.Some strategies for improvement are suggested: from the side of administration of college education,they can give female teachers more support in their teaching and research;from the side of female teachers,they shall improve themselves to do a better job.
