国际金融危机影响下的研究生就业难题,是社会各界高度关注的热点问题。诸多因素影响并制约研究生择业就业。研究生成长成才过程中的诸多"既成事实"及由此引致的心理,是当前影响研究生择业就业的关键因素,需要研究生教育管理者和研究生导师从加强社会舆论引导、加强研究生就业指导、深入开展社会实践教育等方面着手教育引导。

The employment problems confronted with the postgraduates by the influence of the international financial crisis has been a hot issue among all social circles.There are a lot of factors having influenced and restricted the employment of the postgraduates,the key factor of which is the many ＂accomplished facts＂ in their growing process and the psychology caused by them.To solve the problem,postgraduate education managers and instructors should educate and guide the postgraduates by strengthening the guide of correct social orientation of public opinions,postgraduates’ career guidance,and the education of social practices,etc.
