摘要
本文研究了抗坏血酸对UV-C氧化降解蓝藻叶绿素的催灭效果,探讨了抗坏血酸在不同浓度下对UV-C的催灭效果。UV-C对鱼腥藻PCC 7120具有很强的氧化杀灭能力,在反应温度为25℃,紫外光光照强度0.430 mW/cm2,pH为6.8,反应时间30 min的条件下,受试藻种的杀灭率在5天后可以达到75%以上。但是,在加入抗坏血酸的条件下,鱼腥藻PCC 7120在5天后的杀灭率仅能达到35%以下,抗坏血酸对紫外线杀伤力的减弱效果明显,可以减弱叶绿素降解的速度,对紫外线灭藻起到缓解作用。
The paper studies that vitamin C can reduced degradation of cyanobacteria chla by UV-C and discussed the effect of UV-C reduction in different concentration of vitamin C.UV-C have intensive oxidation ability to Anabaena sp.PCC 7120.In the experiment,Anabaena sp.PCC 7120 is used as the example.The result shows that the elimination rate of Anabaena sp.PCC 7120 was to reach 75% five days later under the experimental conditions of reaction temperature 25℃,UV light intensity 0.430mw/cm2,pH 6.8,and reaction time 30 minutes.But the elimination rate of Anabaena sp.PCC 7120 was only to reach below 35% five days later in the condition of appending vitamin C.Vitamin C can reduce the damage of UV-C prominent,It can also reduce the degradation speed of Chl a.
