成都市青年房奴身心状态的实证研究

An Empirical Study of the Physiology and Psychology of Young Home Mortgage Slaves in Chengdu

本文采用立意抽样的方法,对成都市239名房奴和228名非房奴的身心状态进行了问卷调查。结果表明成都市青年房奴身心状态为总体较为积极,但同时存在轻微的消极状态;同非房奴相比,房奴身心状态更消极。所以,青年一族买房应根据自身经济状态量力而行,选择合适的生活方式。社会和政府应该加强该理念的宣传,逐渐改变中国传统社会的"住房观"。

This paper is an empirical study of the physiology and psychology of 239 young home mortgage slaves and 228 non-home mortgage slaves in Chengdu based on a questionnaire of purposive sampling.The results indicate that the young home mortgage slaves are generally positive in physiology and psychology with a little of negative attitude.Compared with non-home mortgage slaves,they are more negative.The authors conclude that young home buyers should act according to their economic capability in buying houses and live in an appropriate way as to accommodation.It is necessary for the public and government to advocate the new idea in order to gradually change the traditional idea of accommodation.
