On Communication Psychology of College Students and their Successful Employment

本文针对大学生普遍存在的自我意识偏差、社交恐惧、人际交往性格障碍等心理问题,指出高校应该构建良好的教育环境,充分发挥辅导员的作用,利用多种形式加强对大学生的教育,同时还应该引导大学生加强自我教育,克服自卑、自负的心理,不断培养自信,增强自身魅力,实现成功就业。

With regard to college students＇ general psychological problems such as deviation of self-consciousness,social phobia,interpersonal personality disorder,etc.,the paper points out that colleges should create a good educational environment,give full play to the role of counselors and educate students in different forms on the school part.Meanwhile,colleges should help students promote self-education,overcome psychological inferiority and conceited,foster self-confidence continuously,enhance their own charm,and achieve employment successfully on the part of students themselves.
